Returns & Refund

At Phantom Vape Store, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll do our best to make things right. Please review the details below before returning any items.

1. Returning Unused Items

You may return any unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please contact our support team before posting your return.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team may request photos or a short video for assessment. Once confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of e-liquids, coils, pods, or prefilled vapes once opened or used, unless they are faulty. Please check your order details carefully before checkout.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
